Stock market fell for the seventh consecutive day: Sensex closed at 77,339, down 241 points, Nifty also fell by 78 points

The stock market has seen a decline for the 7th consecutive trading day today i.e. 18 November. Today the Sensex closed at 77,339 with a decline of 241 points. Nifty also fell by 78 points, it closed at 23,453. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 16 saw a decline and 14 saw a rise. IT and banking stocks declined today. TCS stock has fallen by 3.11% today.
