TruAlt Bioenergy, one of India’s largest biofuel producers, has received SEBI approval for its IPO. Under the IPO, the company will issue new shares worth Rs 750 crore. Apart from this, 36 lakh shares will be put up for sale under OFS by the company’s promoter. The promoters hold 88.20% stake in this Bengaluru-based company.
