A youth from Kurukshetra district of Haryana died in an accident in America. The youth had reached America only 6 months ago. The youth died four days ago and the next day the family got the news of his death. 31-year-old Krishna Kumar, a resident of Thaska Miranji village of Kurukshetra, was the only brother of 2 sisters. Krishna went to Canada about 8 months ago. After staying here for 2 months, Krishna came to Pennsylvania city of America. Krishna’s aunt’s son and brother-in-law live near this city. They had called Krishna to them. The accident happened on the night of 28th. Krishna Kumar’s cousin Mohit Saini told that Krishna used to work as a cook in a restaurant. On 28 January, Krishna was returning home in a car with his friend after finishing his work. During this time, he had an accident with a truck, in which Krishna Kumar died on the spot. Mohit Saini told that the next day on 29 January, he got the news of Krishna’s death. This news spread a wave of mourning in the entire village. On the other hand, Krishna’s parents and wife are in a bad state, crying. Krishna’s death has brought a mountain of sorrows upon the family. Krishna Kumar had gone to Canada after taking a loan and was married 12 years ago. He was the only earner in his family. Krishna’s father Hari Singh is paralyzed. Krishna Kumar was married to Sunita, a resident of Peepli, about 12 years ago. After the marriage, they have a 10-year-old son Pratik and a 3-year-old son Harshit. The family is pleading to bring the body to India. The family members are pleading the government to bring Krishna Kumar’s body to India so that his last rites can be performed. They have also appealed to social organizations for help. Krishna’s relatives from America are in the process of sending the body to India. The daughter of the village was murdered last month. Let us tell you that, just last month, 23-year-old Simran, a resident of Thaska Meeranji, was murdered in Canada. Simran’s body could not be brought to the village due to financial constraints.
