Indian citizen Kulbhushan Jadhav, who is in Pakistan’s jail, has not been given the right to appeal in the higher court. On this, the Defense Ministry lawyer said that Jadhav did not get any right to appeal. Jadhav has been in Pakistan’s jail since 2016. Pakistan has accused him of spying.
