On this, the Defense Ministry lawyer said that Jadhav did not get any right to appeal. Jadhav has been in Pakistan’s jail since 2016. Pakistan has accused him of spying. According to a report in Pakistani newspaper Dawn, he was taken to the hospital after being shot, where he was declared dead.
