In Bengaluru on Monday morning, some people attacked an Air Force officer and his wife. Apart from beating them, they were also abused. The officer has released a video and informed about the incident. According to the police, Wing Commander Shiladitya Bose was going to the airport with his wife Squadron Leader Madhumita Dutta to catch a flight to Kolkata. Meanwhile, some people chased them on a bike on the way and stopped the car and beat them up. Shiladitya was bleeding from his head and face. His wife took him to the hospital. After treatment, the husband and wife reached the police station. At first the police did not register an FIR. However, on the request of his wife, a case was registered at Baiyappanahalli police station. Based on the dashcam record installed in the Air Force officer’s car, the accused has been identified as a Swiggy delivery boy. The police have arrested him. Now he is being questioned as to why the matter escalated to a scuffle. Attacked after seeing the DRDO sticker In the video, Bose is saying – We live in DRDO, CV Raman Nagar Phase 1. This morning, my wife was taking me to the airport, when a bike came from behind and stopped our car. The person started abusing in Kannada. When he saw the DRDO sticker on my car, he said- you are DRDO people. Bose told- They abused my wife and I could not tolerate it. As soon as I got out of the car, the bike rider hit the key on my forehead. After this the person picked up a stone and tried to hit my car, which hit my head. Wink Commander has shared another video, in which he is saying that he went to the police but he did not get any help. If the law does not help him then he will definitely take revenge for this. Because the face of the attacker and the number of the bike are all recorded in the dash cam of his car. Bose said- The condition of Karnataka is worrying After the first attack, Bose got out of his car and asked if people behave like this with someone from the army or defense forces. Hearing this, more people gathered and started abusing them. Bose further said – The condition of Karnataka has become like this. I had faith in this state, but after today’s incident I am shocked. May God help us. May God give me the strength not to retaliate. But if law and order fails, I will retaliate. Accused delivery boy, eyewitness said – the officer also beat him a lot. On the complaint of Shiladitya’s wife, the police have arrested the accused attacker. Eyewitnesses say that the attacker works for a food delivery app. When they came after hearing the noise, Shiladitya’s face was bleeding. Later the officer also punched the delivery boy 20-30 times. People tried to stop him but he was unable to control his anger.
