An employee working in UCO Bank has written an internal email leveling serious allegations against his zonal head, which has gone viral on social media. The employee has accused the bank’s Chennai zonal head RS Ajit of promoting a dictatorial, abusive and insensitive workplace culture. The email claims that employees are not even given leave during times of crisis and their problems are ridiculed.
