On the Una-Bhavnagar National Highway, a speeding car coming from Maharashtra hit a motorcycle rider while trying to overtake. The rider, Dhirubhai, was thrown off and died. The motorcycle was then seen running for some distance without a driver. The car then collided with a tractor, causing the tractor’s front wheel to come off. It then collided with another tractor parked on the roadside. A person standing on the roadside ran to escape, but was also hit by the car and injured. Dhirubhai Mandanbhai Parmar, who died in the accident, was a resident of Samadhiyala village. Dhirubhai was a farmer by profession.
