The 7,400-square-foot apartment is ultra-luxury and features amenities like a swimming pool, a world-class gym, a spa, a sauna, and a golf course. Jain is often outside India, but recently returned to Delhi to finalize the deal. Gurugram has become a favorite choice for NRIs, holding a 25% stake.
