This ceasefire will start from Saturday evening and will last till Sunday midnight. According to media reports, Putin, while talking to Russian Chief of Staff Valery Gerasimov, said that Russia announces an Easter ceasefire from today Saturday evening to Sunday midnight. Russia has made this announcement at a time when recently US Secretary of State Marco Rubio had made a peace proposal to end the war during his Paris visit.
