An elderly passenger died in a roadways bus in Meerut Sadar Bazar police station area on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Suresh Chandra, a resident of Subhash Nagar. Suresh Chandra was ill for a long time. Five days ago, his son Deepak took him to Delhi for treatment. Deepak works in a private job in Delhi. On Wednesday morning, Suresh Chandra boarded a roadways bus from Mohan Nagar to Meerut without informing his son. When the bus reached Bhaisali bus stand, all the passengers got off. When one passenger did not get off, the driver called out. When there was no response, the driver went to the seat. Suresh Chandra was found dead there. The police saw the address from the Aadhar card found in the driver’s pocket and informed the family members. The deceased has a son and a daughter. Both the son and the daughter live in Delhi. The wife lives in Meerut. He told that the daughter is married. While the son works in a mobile shop or shop. Today I am not feeling like coming to Meerut without telling anyone after saying anything. The family members reached the spot. They told the cause of death as illness and took the body home without any legal action.
