The US has dispatched a submarine equipped with guided missiles and an aircraft carrier equipped with F-35C fighter jets to the Middle East. This decision has been taken in view of the growing fears of war between Israel and Iran. This decision has been taken after talks between Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin. The US Defense Minister said that the US is committed to protecting Israel. German airline company Lufthansa has extended the ban on flights to Israel, Iran and Lebanon. Now Lufthansa has canceled all flights for 21 August.
