Sensex closed at 81,086 with a gain of 33 points: Nifty also gained 11 points, all sectors except auto saw a decline

On the last trading day of the week today i.e. 23rd August, Sensex closed at 81,086 with a gain of 33 points. Nifty also rose by 11 points, it closed at 24,823. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 15 rose and 13 fell. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 22 rose and 28 fell. There was a decline in all sectors except auto.
Talking about NSE’s sectoral index, there was a decline in all except auto sector. Auto sector rose by 1.12%. Whereas, Nifty Realty saw the maximum decline of 2.43%. At the same time, there was a decline of 1.29% in media and 1.00% in IT. Anil Ambani banned from stock market for 5 years

Earlier yesterday i.e. on 22 August, the stock market saw a boom. The Sensex closed at 81,053 with a gain of 147 points. At the same time, Nifty also rose by 41 points and closed at the level of 24,811. Out of 30 shares of Sensex, 18 rose and 12 fell. Out of 50 shares of Nifty, 27 rose and 23 fell.
