During the demonstrations, three protesters were detained in Jerusalem. The protesters said – If Netanyahu does not make a peace agreement, the wishes of the radical leaders will be fulfilled. The protesters also accused Netanyahu of failing to make a peace agreement with Hamas. Dikman, the brother of a hostage, said, “If Netanyahu cannot reach a peace deal, he will fulfill the wishes of Hamas-Israel’s hardline leaders Yahya Sinwar and Ben Gvir.” At the same time, opposition leader Yair Lapid said that instead of sending a team for ceasefire, the Prime Minister himself should go to Cairo for talks. In fact, talks were held between Hamas, Egypt, Qatar and the US in Cairo on Saturday to stop the war between Israel and Hamas. However, Lebanon’s Hezbollah-supported Al Mayadeen News news agency said that no solution was found from the talks in Cairo.
