The series has amazing performances by veteran actors like Naseeruddin Shah, Pankaj Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Arvind Swami, Kumud Mishra, Divyendu Bhattacharya. Vijay Verma’s style is amazing in this series. He has acted brilliantly in the role of a pilot, while Patralekha has looked amazing in the role of an airhostess. Dia Mirza has played the role of an editor. Her chemistry with Amrita Puri, who plays a sharp journalist, is very good. How is the direction? This series is based on a true incident. Everyone knows what happened during the Kandahar hijack. Still, director Anubhav Sinha has presented this series in such a way that even after decades, the curiosity to know what happened next, how did it happen remains? Anubhav Sinha has been completely successful in making the series tight. He takes the viewers to such a world of thrill that the viewers are compelled to watch the series till the end. One thing that is a little irritating in this series is that the intervention of the United Nations on the release of foreign travelers has not been shown. How is the music of the series? There seems to be no scope for songs in this series. Hence, one cannot expect any songs. But the background of the series is good. The background matches with the story. Final verdict, should you watch it or not? Based on a true incident, the story and strong characters of this series take the viewers to a world of thrill. This series is worth binge watching.
