Actor Vikas Sethi, who left a mark with his acting from the small screen to the big screen, is no longer among us. On September 8, he passed away at the age of just 48. The TV industry is in mourning due to his sudden departure. Meanwhile, the actor was cremated in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai on Monday. Wife Jahnvi had given information on social media Earlier, Vikas Sethi’s wife Jahnvi Sethi had expressed grief over his death on social media and informed that Vikas’s last rites would be performed in Mumbai on Monday according to Hindu rituals. Jahnvi wrote in her post- ‘With a very heavy heart, we are informing you of the death of our dear Vikas Sethi, who left us all on 8 September 2024. The last rites will be performed on September 9 according to Hindu traditions. Your presence, prayers and support mean a lot to us in this difficult time.’ Vikas started his career with TV serials. He did many hit shows with Ekta Kapoor like ‘Kahin To Hoga’, ‘K Street Pali Hill’ and ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’. However, he got recognition from ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’. Apart from this, the actor was also seen in the film ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’. In this, he played the character of Kareena Kapoor’s college friend Rocky.
