OBCs, Dalits and Adivasis, who constitute 90% of the country’s population, are not even in this game. Caste census is an easy way to know the condition of lower castes, backward castes and Dalits. Look at the Supreme Court of the country, they have no participation. Look at the media, there are no lower castes, OBCs, Dalits there. Most of us agree with the idea of caste census. 3.
