Nifty also recovered 326 points from the day’s low of 24,140. It closed at 24,466 with a gain of 127 points. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 17 rose and 13 fell. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 31 rose and 18 fell. At the same time, there was no change in one stock. NSE’s financial services stocks saw the highest rise. There was mixed trading in the Asian market. Last day to bid for Afcons Infrastructure’s IPO.
