This increases the cost of airlines. Center issues advisory to social media platforms The central government has taken a tough stand on these threats. The IT Ministry had issued an advisory on October 26 and told social media platforms that if they do not remove such false information immediately, then the immunity they get under the IT Act will be revoked.
