In his speech, Akbaruddin challenged the prominent leaders of Maharashtra and asked whether leaders like Sharad Pawar, Ajit Pawar, Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde can guarantee their loyalty after the elections.

He asked, “Will Sharad Pawar give an assurance that he will not form an alliance with PM Modi after the elections? Owaisi said – Can Ajit Pawar promise not to return to Sharad Pawar after the counting of votes? Will Uddhav Thackeray guarantee that he will not join the BJP again? In 2012, MLA Akbaruddin from Chandrayangutta, Telangana had said – Hindustan, we are 25 crore, you are 100 crore, right?
