After the Diwali season, Asian Paints Limited has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 694.64 crore in the second quarter (July-September) of FY 2024-25. It has declined by 42% on an annual basis. A year ago, the company had a profit of Rs 1,205.42 crore. During this period, the company’s revenue from sales declined by 5.3% to Rs 8,003 crore. In the same quarter a year ago, the company had generated a revenue of Rs 8,452 crore. The company has released the results for the second quarter (Q2FY25) of FY 2025 today (Saturday, 9 November). The company will give a dividend of ? 4.25 per share Apart from the results, the board of Asian Paints has also approved an interim dividend of Rs 4.25 per share to the shareholders. Net profit decreased by 40% on quarterly basis At the same time, the company’s net profit has decreased by 40.68% in July-September as compared to quarterly basis i.e. April-June. In the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25, the company had a net profit of Rs 1,170 crore. Asian Paints stock fell 10.17% in a year Asian Paints stock closed at Rs 2,767 with a decline of 2.67% on Friday, a day earlier. Asian Paints stock has given a return of 2.10% in the last 6 months. At the same time, it has declined by 10.17% in one year. Talking only about this year i.e. from January 1 till now, the stock of Asian Paints has fallen by 18.52%.
