The body of a person who went missing from Kair village in Delhi 10 days ago was found hanging from a noose in a room in his own plot in Siddipur village in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The body was found in a completely decomposed state. On receiving the information, the Sadar police station reached the spot and called the FSL team. After investigation, the police sent the body to the Civil Hospital for post-mortem. From here it was sent to PGIMS. The family has expressed suspicion of murder. The deceased has been identified as Vijaypal (40), a resident of Kair. He used to work as a cleaner in the depot of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) located in Mundaila. He went missing from home on November 10. When Sharmila, wife of deceased Vijaypal’s younger brother Rajkumar, came to place a water tank in her plot located in Siddipur village, she saw the body hanging from a noose inside the room. She informed the family about this. The family reached the spot and looked inside the room, Vijaypal’s body was hanging from a noose and an attempt was made to erase his identity by pouring acid on it. The body was unrecognizable at first glance. The distance between Kair village and Siddipur village in Delhi is one to one and a half kilometer. Rajkumar told that Vijaypal used to come to the plot. The family has expressed the suspicion that Vijaypal was murdered and his body was hanged to erase his identity. Police is investigating the matter.
