Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s film ‘Pushpa-2’ is going to be released soon. Meanwhile, a pre-release event of the film was held in Chennai, in which Allu Arjun talked about the early days of his film career. The actor said that the first film was a hit, but for a year no one cast him for any film. Allu Arjun said, ‘I made my debut as a lead actor with the film Gangotri. This film proved to be a hit, but I could not do anything special as an actor. Not only this, I did not get any work for the next one year. No one was ready to work with me. Then a new director offered me the film Arya, after which my life changed and I never looked back.’ Allu Arjun talked about his relationship with director Sukumar. The actor said, ‘If I look at my career and think about the one person who has had the most impact on my life, it would be Sukumar. He is still busy with post-production. His absence is more effective than his presence. I miss you a lot, Sukku. We are all together on this path.’ Kissik song launched at the event During the event, the makers launched a special dance number Kissik of Pushpa 2, in which Sri Leela was seen with Allu Arjun for the first time. ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ was the highest grossing film of 2021 ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ released in 2021 was the highest grossing Indian film of the year. Including all versions, this film did a business of Rs 313 crore in lifetime India and Rs 350 crore worldwide. It is at number six in the list of highest grossing Telugu films.
