Today i.e. on 26th November, Sensex closed at 80,004 with a decline of 105 points. Nifty also fell by 27 points, it closed at 24,194. This IPO has been subscribed 23.43 times in the retail category, 157.05 times in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category and 153.41 times in the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category. On November 29, the company’s shares will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). The issue size of this IPO is Rs 650.43 crore. The company plans to issue a total of 4,39,48,000 shares. This includes a fresh issue of 3,86,80,000 new shares, while the promoters will sell 52,68,000 shares.
