Sensex closed at 79,043 today i.e. 28 November, with a fall of 1190 points (1.48%). Nifty also fell by 360 points (1.49%), it closed at 23,914. At the same time, BSE Smallcap closed at 54,782, up 221 points (0.41%). Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 29 fell and only 1 rose. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 46 fell and 4 rose. Earlier yesterday, i.e. on 27th November, the Sensex closed at 80,234, up 230 points. Nifty also rose by 80 points, it closed at 24,274. Out of the 30 Sensex stocks, 16 saw a rise and 14 saw a fall. Auto, IT and energy stocks saw the biggest rise. Adani Enterprises was the top gainer on Nifty.
