Siraj fined 20% of match fee: Head got one demerit point; both had argued in Adelaide Test

Indian fast bowler Mohammad Siraj and Australian batsman Travis Head have been found guilty of violating the Cricket Code of Conduct by the ICC. ICC gave 1-1 demerit point to both the players. Siraj was also fined 20% of the match fee. Siraj violated Article 2.5 of the ICC Code of Conduct. Head was found guilty under Article 2.13. This was the first mistake of both in the last 24 months, so no one was banned for the match. Both can play in the Brisbane Test starting on December 14. On the second day of the match, there was an argument between Siraj and Head. Australia lost the 7th wicket in the 82nd over. Here Travis Head was out after scoring 140 runs. He hit a six on the third ball of Siraj’s over, then Siraj bowled him on the very next ball.
