ICC bans America’s National Cricket League: Violated playing-11 rules; names like Tendulkar, Gavaskar, Akram were associated with the league

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has banned America’s National Cricket League (NLC). ICC wrote a letter to United States of America Cricket (USAC) informing them about the decision of not approving the future editions of the league. It was written in the letter that the playing eleven rules were not followed in the league. 6-7 foreign players were played in this T-10 format tournament. The first season of NCL was held between 4 and 14 October. Chicago CC, captained by Robin Uthappa, won the title by defeating Atlanta King by 43 runs.
