Declared a global terrorist in 2019 In October 2016, China again went against India’s proposal and saved Azhar in the UNSC. After this, in 2017, America raised the demand of declaring Azhar a terrorist in the UNSC, but China again came in the way. Finally, in May, China removed its obstruction and Masood was declared a global terrorist in the UNSC.
