During the investigation, we found a tweet of former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia. In the video in the tweet, Kejriwal, while referring to the constitution of the Congress party, says, ‘During this time I have read the constitutions of all the parties. The constitution of the Congress says that no Congressman will drink alcohol. So we were sitting, someone was saying, the person who wrote the constitution must have written it after drinking alcohol’. In this video of about 17 minutes, after 4 minutes, Arvind Kejriwal talks about uploading the constitution of Aam Aadmi Party on the party’s website and says, ‘The party’s website will be announced tomorrow morning.
