A big allegation has been made against ‘Bigg Boss 17’ popular contestant and lawyer Sana Rais Khan. Social activist Ashfaq Hussain, who lives in Bandra, Mumbai, has filed a complaint against her in the Bar Council. In this complaint, it has been said that Sana Rais Khan, despite being a lawyer, has done many such things which are against the rules related to her profession. Ashfaq Hussain says that the things from which Sana Rais Khan earned money while being a lawyer are against the rules of the lawyer’s profession. According to the complaint, Sana participated in ‘Bigg Boss 17’ and earned money from the film based on Indrani Mukherjee’s story on Netflix. Apart from this, she also bought the Mumbai Marines cricket team, whose captain is famous cricketer Irfan Pathan. The complaint states that Sana has violated Section 35 of the Advocate Act. Apart from this, sections 47, 48, and 49 have also been cited. According to these rules, a lawyer should only practice law and is not allowed to earn money from any other work. Ashfaq Hussain has asked the Bar Council to cancel Sana’s license to practice law. He says that Sana’s behavior is not good for the dignity of a lawyer and his work. When Dainik Bhaskar asked Sana about the matter, she said, ‘All this is baseless, ignore it.’ Let us tell you, Sana Raees Khan is also the lawyer for actress Rupali Ganguly in a defamation case against her stepdaughter Isha Verma.
