Nishani in the Supreme Court to challenge the bail granted to Darshan Thoogudeepa and others by the Karnataka High Court. At the same time, the order has directed the state’s public prosecutor to prepare the necessary documents to file SLP (Special Leave Petition). At the same time, senior advocate Siddharth Luthra has been appointed to lead the case on behalf of the Karnataka government. Darshan and Pavitra were arrested on June 11 after getting the CCTV footage. Investigation revealed that the deceased Renukaswamy was a fan of Darshan Thoogudeepa. He considered her ideal, but when in January actress Pavitra Gowda told through a social media post that she had a relationship with Darshan who was married for 10 years, Renukaswamy was hurt. He did not want Pavitra to stay with Darshan. He often used to send threatening messages to Pavitra. When Pavitra complained about this to Darshan, he took the help of the people running his fan club. First of all, Renukaswamy was lured and called to the godown, where he was tortured and killed. According to the police, Darshan and his companions beat up Renukaswamy in the godown and gave electric shock to his private part. Also, before killing Renukaswamy, Pavitra herself beat him with a shoe. One of his ears was also cut off. After the murder, Darshan’s companions whose clothes were soaked in blood. They went to the nearby Reliance store and bought new clothes and changed there.
