Actress Neha Joshi spoke on social media and influencer culture: There is no stability in today’s generation, their thinking is as small as Instagram reels.

Today’s generation is completely engrossed in social media and its world. Amidst all this, actress Neha Joshi expressed her views on this in a recent interview to Dainik Bhaskar. Neha said, ‘I think today’s generation is running too fast. Their attention span has also become very short like reel. There is no stability in today’s generation. They only see shine. Social media and influencer culture have raised false hopes of shine in the youth. Real hard work and dedication are now left behind.’ She further said that people who work really hard in the field of art are in a different world. ‘If you are an artist, then you have to showcase your art. For example, we have seen how many artists, whether in the music field, actors, or theater artists, have years of practice, penance, and hard work of riyaaz.’ Neha believes that today’s generation is going astray, but eventually they will return to their roots. ‘See, I believe that we should stay connected to our roots. This is our true form as an Indian. Tapasya, Riyaz and pause, these are our biggest qualities. As Indians, we can move forward only by staying connected to our roots and history.’ Neha also shared her views on parenting. She said, ‘To give the right direction to children, we first have to mold ourselves in the right way. She believes that it is important to be a role model for children, because children learn what they see.’ Neha believes that shows and projects like ‘Atal’ are very important because they connect children and their parents to their roots and culture. Such projects teach children what their history and culture is, which helps them understand their identity. Let us tell you, Neha Joshi, who played the role of police spy officer Jenny Thomas in Ajay Devgan and Tabu starrer film ‘Drishyam 2’, is currently seen in the TV serial ‘Atal’.
