Impact Feature: Johnson’s Baby Day 1 Onederland event, over 280 mom influencers come together in Gurgaon to celebrate motherhood

The event organised by the brand Johnson’s Baby, Johnson’s Baby ‘Day 1 Wonderland’, offered a warm, informative and inspiring experience to the attendees. The event brought together over 280 of India’s leading mom influencers along with experts to celebrate the world of motherhood. Manoj Gadgil, Business Unit Head – Essential Health and Vice President – Marketing, Kenview, was also present on the occasion. He highlighted Johnson’s Baby’s unwavering commitment to parents to help protect baby’s skin from day one. Showcasing three distinct and crucial stages The event showcased three distinct and crucial stages of the motherhood journey. The expectations associated with the ‘journey till day one’, detailed information on ‘day one preparation’ and finally, the excitement of ‘day one and beyond’. The sessions covered facts and information to help mothers make the best choice for their baby. In the ‘Journey to Day 1’ segment, several mothers, called ‘Chief Wonder Officers’, came forward to share their unique stories and experiences. All the mothers present wrote their promise to their little ones on the Promise Wall. The ‘Pehle Din Ki Taiyari’ session discussed how new-age mothers research baby care products. Doctors emphasize the need for special care Discuss the science behind newborn skincare The highlight of the event was a panel discussion on the theme of ‘Best for Baby’ between Dr. Gopal Agarwal (DM Neonatology (PGI), Clinical Director, Cloudnine Hospitals, Gurgaon), Dr. Preeti Thakor (Head of Medical Safety Sciences Restorative (India) & Digestive Health, APAC) and Farha Shaikh (Leading Mom Influencer, @mumfiesta). The doctors emphasized on the delicate nature of newborn skin and the need for special care right from day one. It covered hygiene, moisturising, massage as well as general concerns related to baby care. Dr Gopal highlighted the importance of the role of touch and fragrance in the multisensory development of babies and spoke about Kangaroo Care and its benefits. In the session titled ‘Special care and products from day one and beyond’, mom influencers understood the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) guidelines to ensure quality paediatric skincare for newborns and infants. Since a baby’s skin is 30% thinner than an adult’s skin, the session talked about the special care and products required to protect a baby’s delicate skin from day one. During the session, experts guided mothers on reading labels better, understanding the ingredients used in various products to help them make the right choice for their baby. At the end of the event, mom influencers got a chance to preview the new gift set range from Johnson’s Baby and create their own personalised lullabies for their baby. The Onederland Day 1 event concluded on a joyous note. The Mom Influencers aka “Chief Oneder Officers” were promoted as “Chief Oneder Captains” after learning all the best ways of baby skin care.
