On March 14, Ayan Mukherjee’s father and Kajol’s uncle Deb Mukherjee passed away. Deb Mukherjee was a well-known actor. His family has been active in the Hindi film industry since 1930. Deb Mukherjee used to organize a grand Durga Puja at his home every year, in which many celebs from the industry used to participate. Kajol has shared an emotional post on his demise. Both had gone to Alibaug for Alia Bhatt’s birthday celebration. After returning, Ranbir Kapoor also gave Deb Mukherjee a shoulder. Many people from the industry including Jaya Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Salim Khan, Kiran Rao and Karan Johar attended Deb Mukherjee’s funeral.
