Home Minister Amit Shah said that if the youth of the country want to stay healthy and fit, they will have to change their routine. I am saying this from my personal experience. Amit Shah said this at a program of the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) on World Liver Day in New Delhi. Shah said that the youth of the country have to live for 40-50 years more and contribute to the progress of the country. I request them to reserve two hours of exercise for their body and six hours of sleep for their mind. Shah said – no medicine is needed today
Amit Shah said, “From May 2020 till today, I have made a big change in my life. The required amount of sleep, water and diet and regular exercise have given me a lot. Today I stand in front of you free from any kind of allopathic medicine and insulin. This is my own experience. I have come here today to share this experience.
