Huge fire on the set of Dhanush’s film: The set of the film Idli Kadai was built in the village, the fire was brought under control in one and a half hours; shooting stopped

A massive fire broke out on the set of South superstar Dhanush’s upcoming film Idli Kadai. The set has been burnt to ashes due to the fire. However, according to reports, no person has been harmed by this. At present, the cause of the fire has not been revealed. The shooting of the film Idli Kadai was going on in Andipatti village near Theni district of Tamil Nadu for some time. A large set of roads, houses and shops was prepared in the village for the shooting. Shooting on this set was stopped for a few days and was being done on another set. Shooting was to be started again soon at this location, however, before that the set has already caught fire. According to a recent report by The Blaze, flammable material was used to make the set. In such a situation, the fire spread rapidly due to strong winds. The local people immediately informed the Andipatti fire department after seeing the fire. After about one and a half hours of hard work, the fire department controlled the fire. However, by then the set was completely burnt. Let us tell you that along with playing the lead role in the film Idli Kadai, Dhanush has also directed and co-produced it. The film is scheduled to release on October 1 this year. South actress Nithya Menon is in the lead role along with Dhanush in the film. Initially the film was to be released on 10 April 2025, however, the release of the film was postponed due to production delay.
