I did not make a career by using father’s death’: Irrfan Khan’s son was accused, Babil said- if this had happened, he would not have been struggling today

Late Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan often shares memories of his father on social media. But some people started accusing him that he is using his father’s death as a support for his career. Now during the promotion of his new film ‘Logout’, Babil has openly responded to this. In an interview given to The Lallantop, Babil said, ‘Some people said that I am using my father’s death to enter Bollywood. If that were the case, would I still be giving auditions every day? The truth is that it was my duty to return all the love that was showered on us at that time. I just shared the love that people were giving us. I just respected that love.’ The actor further said that when his father died, his whole world changed. Suddenly people started paying attention to him. He was not ready for this at that time. He remembers that when Irrfan Khan’s body was being taken from the hospital for the last rites, people were standing on the road despite Covid. Some were crying, some were silently saluting.
