Delhi’s Patiala House Court acquitted Brijbhushan Sharan Singh in the sexual exploitation case of a minor wrestler and closed the case. In the last hearing, the minor had turned back from her statement. After which the court took this decision. There is a festive atmosphere in Gonda after the sexual exploitation case was closed. During the closed-door hearing on August 1, 2023, the minor had said that she had made these allegations under any political or emotional pressure. No such incident had happened. Dainik Bhaskar spoke to former MP Brijbhushan over the phone on the court’s decision. He said – It is the blessing of Bajrangbali and Lord Shri Ram that I have got the first big victory in this case. The minor wrestler had accused me due to the anger of the alleged wrestlers. But when he came to know the truth, he gave the right statement. On the basis of which the court has ended that case. Tomorrow I will first reach Ayodhya and take the blessings of Bajrangbali. After that I will reach my Nandini Nagar Mata temple, where I will take blessings and go to my home. Soon we have gone to the High Court regarding the cases of other women wrestlers, that case will also end soon. There is no truth in them. The minor wrestler had admitted that she was satisfied with the investigation of Delhi Police. She has no objection to the closure report. Delhi Police had registered 2 FIRs against Brijbhushan at Connaught Place police station. One FIR was registered under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). In which women wrestlers of Haryana had accused him of sexual exploitation. The second FIR was registered under the POCSO Act. In the POCSO case, the minor complainant had withdrawn her allegations. Then at the age of 16, she won gold in the Junior Wrestling Championship in the National Games in Ranchi, Jharkhand. It was here that Brij Bhushan forcibly pulled the daughter closer to him on the pretext of taking a photo. He held her so tightly in his arms that she could not even move to free herself. Brij Bhushan took his hand below her shoulder. Brij Bhushan told his daughter that you support me and I will support you. The wrestler said that I have come here on my own strength and will go further by working hard. Brij Bhushan said that the trials for the Asian Championship are going to happen soon. If you do not cooperate, you will have to pay the price in the trials. Brij Bhushan called the minor wrestler to the room. The minor wrestler was under pressure that Brij Bhushan should not ruin her career, so she went to meet him. As soon as she reached there, Brij Bhushan pulled her towards himself and forcibly tried to have physical relations with her. The minor wrestler was completely terrified by this. She somehow freed herself and ran out of the room. After this, the trials for the Asian Championship were held in May 2022, where, as per Brij Bhushan, the minor wrestler was discriminated against. Another thing happened in the same trial. In the trial, both the referee and the mat chairman cannot be from the same state as the athlete. During the trial of the minor wrestler, he was made to fight with a wrestler from Delhi in which both the referee and the mat chairman were from Delhi. This was a violation of the rules. When the minor wrestler protested against this right there, he was told bluntly that he would have to play, otherwise the other athlete would be declared a walkover i.e. the winner. During the match of the minor wrestler, the recording was switched off and on so that the video could be tampered with. All this was done at the behest of Brij Bhushan, because my daughter had refused to fulfill his sexual desire. In 2022, when the minor wrestler was practicing in the Lucknow trials, Brij Bhushan again came to her. Brij Bhushan asked her to meet him personally.
