Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde went to Muktainagar in Jalgaon on Friday to attend the Palki Yatra of Saint Muktai. While returning from here, the pilot refused to fly his chartered plane at Jalgaon airport. The pilot said that his duty hours are over. In such a situation, he cannot fly. The administrative officials present there were shocked to hear the pilot’s words. They tried to convince the pilot, but he did not agree. Ministers Girish Mahajan and Gulabrao Patil along with Shinde spoke to the airline company and explained the situation to the pilot. When Shinde was leaving for the flight one hour after the scheduled time, a woman named Sheetal Borde was wandering around the airport worried. She told Shinde’s workers that she is a kidney patient and is going to Mumbai for surgery. She has missed her flight. The workers informed Minister Girish Mahajan about this. When Mahajan informed Shinde about the incident, he immediately put the woman and her husband on his chartered plane. During the journey, he talked to the woman and inquired about her treatment.
