Shahrukh-Gauri rented a flat for staff: rent 1.35 lakh, 100 meters away from the new house in Pali Hill, renovation going on in Mannat

Renovation work has been going on in Shahrukh Khan’s house Mannat for the last few months. This is the reason why Shahrukh has shifted to another house in Pali Hill with his family from April 2025. He will stay there for 2 years and will shift back to Mannat after the renovation work is completed. Now after changing the house, Shahrukh has rented a flat for the staff in Pali Hill, for which he is paying a rent of Rs 1.35 lakh every month. The Indian Express report quoted real estate website Zapkie that Gauri Khan has rented a flat for the staff in Pankaj Society, located 100 meters from her apartment in Pooja Casa Building. This flat is 725 square feet. Shahrukh and Gauri have rented this flat from Sanjay Kishore Ramani for Rs 1.35 lakh. A 3-year lease has been signed for this flat. At the same time, Rs 4.05 lakh has been given as security deposit. According to the agreement, the landlord will increase the rent of this flat by 5 percent every year. Shahrukh has left Mannat and is living in a building in Pali Hill. According to the Hindustan Times report, Shahrukh Khan has rented 2 duplexes in Pooja Casa building. Shahrukh is paying a rent of 24 lakh rupees every month for these duplexes located on 4 floors. According to the report, the carpet area of these duplexes is 10,500 square feet. The duplexes in which Shahrukh is living are in the name of actor and producer Jacky Bhagnani, his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh and father producer Vasu Bhagnani. Renovation continues in Mannat, two more floors will be built from May. Renovation work is going on in Shahrukh Khan’s house located in Bandra Band Stand. According to the Hindustan Times report, renovation work was to be done in Mannat for 2 years. Two more floors are to be built in this house, for which Gauri Khan has also got permission from Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority. This iconic bungalow of Shahrukh comes under grade-3 heritage status, due to which permission of the court is required to make any changes in it. Mannat was bought for wife Gauri, earlier it was named Villa Vienna Shahrukh Khan’s bungalow Mannat belonged to Kiku Gandhi, who belonged to a Parsi family of Gujarati origin, years ago, who was the founder of Mumbai’s prestigious Schimold Art Gallery. Years ago, Shahrukh used to be Kiku’s neighbor. Kiku had named his house Villa Vienna, which had many advanced facilities in those times. When Shahrukh came to know that his neighbor was thinking of giving his house on lease, he put forward an offer to buy this house. Shahrukh bought this house in 2001 for Rs 13.32 crore. Today the market value of this house is more than Rs 350 crore. Shahrukh’s wife Gauri is an interior designer. She decorated her house from inside on the royal theme of 1920. Shahrukh spent crores of rupees to beautify it. In the 6-storey Mannat, Shahrukh Khan’s family lived on only 2 floors. The remaining floors were used for other facilities like office, private bar, private theater, swimming pool, guest rooms, gym, library, play area and parking. Mannat has five luxury bedrooms, multiple living areas and dining areas. The structure of this bungalow is of 20th century grade-3 heritage, which opens from all sides. Towards the sky, towards the back and towards the shore. One can see the beautiful view of the sea from every floor of Mannat.
