Rahul said- Attempt to steal elections in Bihar too: They have done this in Maharashtra; Election Commission commissioners are talking like BJP-RSS

Rahul Gandhi joined the Mahagathbandhan’s protest in Patna on Wednesday. Opposition parties are protesting against the screening of voter lists in Bihar. Here Rahul alleged that just like the Maharashtra elections were stolen, an attempt will be made to steal the Bihar elections. He said- Election Commissioner talks like BJP and RSS leaders. They (BJP) have come to know that we have understood the Maharashtra model, they have now brought the Bihar model. This is a way to snatch the votes of the poor. Rahul said- Do whatever you want to do, but later the law will prevail over you. The law will not leave you. I am giving you a guarantee that no matter how big you are, the law will not leave you. You are not doing your work. Rahul said- 10% voters increased in the assembly elections
Rahul said, a few months ago Lok Sabha elections were held in Maharashtra. A few months after that, assembly elections were held in Maharashtra and Haryana. I.N.D.I.A won the Lok Sabha elections. A few months later, it lost the assembly elections. At that time we did not say much. After some time, we started looking at the data. We found that after the Lok Sabha elections, one crore new voters were added in the assembly elections. That means 10% more voters voted in the assembly elections. When we found out where these voters came from, who they were, surprising things came out. In the seats where the number of voters increased, BJP won. All the new votes went to BJP. When we asked for the voter list and voting video, the Election Commission (EC) became silent. Did not say a single word. Not once but many times. Told them that according to the law, we should be given the voters list. The law says that videography should be given to us. Till date, the voter list of Maharashtra has not been given to us. The law of giving the video was changed. Congress had written a letter and asked for the voter list. Congress had written a letter to EC on June 25 regarding allegations of irregularities in Maharashtra elections. The party had asked the commission for the digital voters list of Maharashtra elections within a week. It had also asked for the videos of voting in Maharashtra and Haryana. Congress had said that this is an old demand and EC can easily give it. On getting the data, we will analyze it and discuss with EC. Earlier on June 12, EC had written a letter to Rahul and called him for discussion on his allegations of election rigging. In response to this, Congress wrote a letter to the Commission. Election Commission had said- Elections in the country are transparent

In the letter sent to Rahul, EC had written that elections in the country are conducted very strictly through the Electoral Law passed by the Parliament, its rules and instructions of EC. Maharashtra election process is centralized at the assembly constituency level. It included more than 1 lakh 186 BLOs appointed by EC, 288 Electoral Registration Officers, 139 General Observers, 41 Police Observers, 71 Expenditure Observers and 288 Returning Officers, 1 lakh 8 thousand 26 booth agents of national and regional parties. Congress had 28 thousand 421 agents among them. What did Rahul allege- Match fixing was done in Maharashtra elections. Similar fixing will now happen in Bihar, then it will happen where BJP seems to be losing. Rahul wrote- Hiding the allegation is a confession itself. Rahul Gandhi had written on X- Voters increased by 8% in 5 months in the seat of Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Voters increased by 20 to 50% at some booths. BLO had reported that unknown people had cast their votes. Media found thousands of voters without verified addresses. He had written- Election Commission is silent on this. Is this collusion? These are not separate irregularities. This is theft of votes. Hiding it is a confession itself. That is why we demand machine readable digital voter list and voting footage. Rahul’s 3 allegations on EC 1. 32 lakh voters were added in Maharashtra in five years for Lok Sabha elections. After five months, 39 lakh voters were added for assembly elections. How did more voters get added in five months than in five years? 2. How were there more voters in the assembly elections than the total adult population of the state? 3. The margin of victory of BJP in Kamthi assembly seat is almost the same as the number of new voters added. Questions were also raised on Haryana elections
Congress had also raised questions on the results of Haryana elections in October 2024. Congress had complained to the Election Commission claiming EVM tampering. Congress leader Pawan Khera had said that EVM tampering was found during counting of votes on 20 seats. Khera said, it is strange that Congress candidates have lost on those seats in which the machines had 99% battery charge. At the same time, machines with 60-70% battery charge are those on which Congress candidates have won. On the day of counting, some machines were 99% charged and the rest of the normal machines were 60-70% charged. Our demand is that those machines should be sealed and kept safe till the investigation is completed. ——————————————————– Read this news related to the matter too… No non-Indian will be left in the voter list, preparations are underway to implement the Bihar model of screening in the whole country.
