On July 11, a youth from Assam was beaten to death in Lower Dibang Valley of Arunachal Pradesh. Curfew has been imposed in Roing town after the incident. Police said that the accused used to work at a construction site near the hostel. It is alleged that he did bad things with minor girls in the hostel.
