Congress MP Rahul Gandhi will take charge of the election campaign of the opposition camp in Maharashtra from November 6. On this day, he will attend a joint rally of Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) in Mumbai. NCP chief Sharad Pawar and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray will be present at the rally.
