The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sent a summon to Raj Kundra in the pornography case. Raj Kundra has been asked to reach the ED office at 11 am on Monday. Apart from Raj Kundra, all the people associated with this case have been called by the ED for questioning. On November 29, ED raided the house of Raj Kundra-Shilpa Shetty in this case. Raj Kundra’s office was also raided. Apart from this, raids were also conducted at the houses of people working for him. Raj Kundra is accused of delivering porn content to people through the app Hotshot and also producing it. The owner of this app is Raj Kundra. His app was earlier available on Google and Apple, however, the app was removed after a case was filed against Raj Kundra in 2021. After the raid at the house, actress Shilpa’s lawyer Prashant Patil had issued a statement saying – There are reports in the media that the Enforcement Directorate has raided the house of my client Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra. These reports are not true and misleading. He has nothing to do with this case. Although this matter is related to the ongoing case against Raj Kundra, he is cooperating with the police in bringing out the truth. Prashant had further said that we request the media not to use Shilpa Shetty’s name, photo or video in this case, as she has nothing to do with the case.
