A video is being shared on social media with a communal twist. In the video, it can be seen that a crowd of people is pressurizing a female officer to make her sign a paper. It is being claimed that this video is from Bangladesh. Where extremists are forcing Hindu government officials and employees to sign resignation letters and removing them from government service. This video was shared by many verified and non-verified users on X. A verified user wrote – In Bangladesh, the Islamic killers Jamaat-e-Islami, BNP and the Muslims standing with it are now forcing Hindu government officials and employees to sign resignation letters and removing them from government service.
Along with this, they are still massacring Hindus and kidnapping and raping women. On searching, we found this video with information on a YouTube channel named Digital Bangla Media. According to the channel, Bangladesh’s Kabi Najrul Government College Principal Amina Begum resigned in protest against the students. In the next phase of the investigation, we searched related keywords on Google. In the search results, we found news related to this on many local news websites of Bangladesh. According to media reports, on the morning of August 11, Kabi Najrul Government College Principal Amina Begum resigned due to student protests. The students had accused her of discrimination. The protesting students surrounded the principal’s office on the morning of August 11. During this, the students raised slogans of fake-fake. At that time, seeing the demand of the students, Principal Amina Begum wrote ‘I have resigned’ on a white paper, stamped it and signed it. It is clear that the claim being made with the viral video on social media is completely false.
