Donald Trump is a candidate for the second time in the presidential election to be held on November 5 in the US. Trump, famous for his outspokenness, is confident of victory. He answered Dainik Bhaskar’s questions amid his busy schedule. In his first interview to the Indian media, Trump claimed that there will be no better president than him in the White House for India. He will take India-US relations to new heights. Trump says – The American public has come to know that Kamala Harris will prove to be a very bad president. Comrade Kamala Harris will pull money from the pockets of the American public, while I am going to fill thousands of dollars in their pockets. 5 questions asked from Indian immigrants to Kamala and Trump’s answers… Question 1: If you get a second term, what are your plans for India?
Trump: Indian Americans are my supporters. I got their full support in the last election as well. The strong presence of Indians can be seen in America. The reason for this is their unmatched talent. The Indians involved in my election campaign are working hard. I was warmly welcomed during my visit to India, I still remember this. I guarantee that Indians cannot find a better friend than me as President in the White House. I have known Indian PM Narendra Modi for a long time, India is progressing under his leadership. I am very eager to work with PM Modi in my second term. Question 2. Your attitude towards immigration is very tough, how will you reassure Indians? Trump: I have a tough attitude towards illegal immigration. As President, I had taken a tough stand against illegal immigrants. But I want to make it clear that I welcome legal immigrants, especially Indians. I have recently said that Indians and other foreign students who graduate in America should get Green Card through automatic route. That is, after completing their studies, they should get all the facilities to settle permanently in America. Indian students of Harvard and MIT return to their country after completing their studies. This is a big loss for America. That is why I have announced to start a scheme to give Green Card to those who graduate. My scheme will be an open door policy for degree holders and skilled workers. This will not take away the jobs of other workers of America. Question 3. How are you different from Kamala Harris on immigration?
Trump: Due to the immigration policy of ‘Comrade’ Kamala Harris, criminals and terrorists from jails around the world are crossing the border and coming to America. No action has been taken to expel the intruders. These intruders are creating jungle raj in America. As soon as I become the President, I am going to expel two crore intruders. Kamala has neither been able to do this nor can do this. Question 4: Kamala Harris is raising questions on your tenure as President, what will you say?
Trump: Kamala and her ‘handlers’ are accusing me as if I am the outgoing President. Whereas these people (Democrats) have been in power for the last four years. They are accountable. I am out of power, but such allegations are being leveled against me, which have nothing to do with me. Kamala has the misconception that the public will not be able to catch her lies. The Biden-Kamala administration has only suppressed the truth and promoted lies. Question 5: The Israel-Hamas war is about to complete one year, what is your plan to stop the war?
Trump: Kamala Harris hates Jews. If Kamala wins the election, Israel is sure to be destroyed. Actually, the Democrats are supporters of Hamas. Their big leaders promote Hamas in the name of Palestine. Currently, due to the weakness of the US leadership, the hostages held by Hamas have not been released even after a year. Many of these hostages are also American citizens. The Democrats have proved to be a failure in international policy. America should use its power properly to stop the Israel-Hamas war. President Joe Biden had decided to call the US army from Afghanistan without thinking. Decisions should be taken on any international issue by keeping American interests paramount.
