Sensex closed at 81,381 with a decline of 230 points: Nifty also fell by 34 points, BSE Small Cap rose by 246 points

Sensex closed at 81,381 today i.e. on 11 October with a fall of 230 points. Nifty also fell by 34 points, it closed at 24,964. At the same time, BSE Small Cap closed at 56,600, up 246 points. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 16 rose and 14 fell. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 28 rose and 22 fell. NSE’s pharma sector saw the highest rise of 1.19%. Domestic investors bought shares worth ? 3,878.33 crore Hyundai Motor’s IPO will open on October 15 Hyundai Motor India Limited’s Initial Public Offer i.e. IPO will open on October 15. Investors can bid for this issue till October 17. The company’s shares will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 22. The market was in a boom yesterday. Earlier, yesterday, i.e. on 10th October, the Sensex closed at 81,611 with a gain of 144 points. Nifty also saw a rise of 16 points and closed at 24,998. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 16 were in a boom while 13 were in a bust. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 27 were in a boom while 23 were in a boom. NSE’s pharma sector saw the maximum decline of 2.01%.
