Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Gujarat on a two-day visit on October 30. On October 31, he will be in Kevadia on the birth anniversary of the country’s first Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Modi will participate in the National Unity Day here. During this, the PM will lay the foundation stone of projects worth Rs 280 crore. According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the PM will reach Ekta Nagar in Kevadia at around 5.30 pm on October 30. After this, at around 6 pm, he will address the staff trainees of the 99th Common Foundation Course at Aarambh 6.0. This time the theme of the program is – ‘Roadmap for a self-reliant and developed India’. 653 trainee officers from 16 civil services of India and three civil services of Bhutan will participate in the 99th Common Foundation Course-Aarambh 6.0. On October 31, at around 7:15 am, Prime Minister Modi will pay floral tribute to the Statue of Unity, after which the National Unity Day celebrations will take place. Prime Minister Modi will administer the Unity Day oath and watch the parade. It will include 16 contingents of police from 9 states and one union territory, 4 Central Armed Police Forces, NCC and a marching band. Special attractions will include the NSG’s Hell March contingent, daring display of women and men bikers of BSF and CRPF, a show on the combination of Indian martial arts by BSF, pipe band show of school children, Surya Kiran flypast by Indian Air Force, etc. Project worth 12850 crores for 18 states, free treatment of ?5 lakhs to 70+ On October 29, on Dhanteras and 9th Ayurveda Day, the central government expanded the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY). Elderly people were included in it. The facility of free treatment of Rs 5 lakhs for people aged 70 years and above was launched. Under this, 6 crore elderly people of the country will get benefit. PM said- I apologize to the elderly people above 70 years of age in Delhi and Bengal that I will not be able to serve them. You will be hurt, but I will not be able to help.
