On the first trading day of the week today i.e. 30th December, the Sensex closed at 78,248 with a decline of 450 points. Nifty also fell by 168 points, it closed at 23,640. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 22 declined and 8 rose. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 38 declined and 11 rose. At the same time, one stock closed without any change. In the NSE sectoral indices, media, auto, metal and PSU banks closed with a decline of more than 1%. According to the company’s DRHP, fresh shares worth Rs 238 crore will be issued in this IPO, while existing investors will sell 93 lakh shares through Offer for Sale. Ajay Poly Limited is a manufacturing company associated with the refrigeration sealing solutions and appliances industry. The refrigeration solutions company has a market share of 61% in gaskets, 45.96% in total profile extrusions and 15.6% in global products related to the appliance industry. Indo Farm Equipment’s IPO will open tomorrow Indo Farm Equipment Limited’s initial public offer i.e. IPO will open tomorrow i.e. on 31 December. Investors will be able to bid for this issue till January 2. On January 7, the company’s shares will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
