All the ultra-luxury flats of the second Trump Towers project in Gurugram have been sold out on the first day itself. Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers have announced this on Tuesday (May 13). The construction of all these flats is still going on. Developers said that on the day of launch, Trump Residences Gurgaon recorded allotments worth Rs 3,250 crore, making it one of the biggest luxury deals ever in the country. The project also includes ultra-premium penthouses, which cost Rs 125 crore. The project consists of two 51-storey towers. Smartworld is handling the development, construction and customer service of the project. Tribeca, the official representative of the Trump brand in India, is handling design, marketing, sales and quality control. The first Trump Towers was launched in Gurugram in 2018. This is the second Trump branded residential development project in North India. The developers said that the first Trump Towers Delhi NCR, launched in Gurugram in 2018, is also completely sold out and is ready for delivery at the end of this month. Trump currently has five luxury residential properties in India, one each in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Gurugram. Kalpesh Mehta’s company Tribeca has been a partner of the Trump Organization in India for the past 13 years. Mehta is said to be very close to the Trump family.
