Actor Sooraj Pancholi recently shared his prison experience. In an interview, he told how at the age of 21, he was kept in the same cell where 26/11 convict Ajmal Kasab was kept. In an interview to Hindi Rush, actor Sooraj Pancholi said, “I was kept in the same cell where Kasab was kept. They treated me as if I had caused a bomb blast. I was kept in the same cell where Kasab was kept. They treated me as if I was a big criminal. I myself did not know what I had done.” Sooraj Pancholi further said, “At that time I was only 21 years old. I did not even get a pillow to sleep. I used to sleep with my head on the newspaper, the same newspaper in which articles printed about me were cut and kept. I used to sleep with my head on them.” Let us tell you that Sooraj Pancholi was arrested after the death of actress Jiah Khan in 2013. She had to stay in jail for 22 days before getting bail.
